How should I make a complaint?

To present a complaint you must have all the information you need to substantiate it, e.g., invoice (optional), customer number, dates of occurrence, etc.

It is not mandatory to have a supporting document, but if you have it and put it as an attachment to your complaint, it will demonstrate to the brand/company that there was a customer relationship.

In the complaint form you must complete all the fields clearly and objectively, without resorting to aggressive or inappropriate language.

Take a deep breath, if necessary, to write down all the events so that the brand knows the basics in detail and can give you a reply as soon as possible.

NOTE: For your security, do not enter personal information such as address, passwords, customer number or bank account numbers in the "describe your complaint" field because the information is public.

Do not use offensive language.

Do not put full names of the people involved.

All the content placed in the complaint is the responsibility of the registered user that creates it.
