How can I reopen a complaint that has been set as resolved?


If the complaint status has been changed to "resolved" but you do not agree with the brand decision, you can always reopen the complaint to continue with the process.

Login into your user profile in Complaints Book, go to "My complaints" and click on the option "Reopen complaint", available in the list of resolved complaints. After reopening, the brand receives a notification by e-mail.
