What is the meaning that each status a complaint can have?
The "Awaiting response" status is the initial state of each complaint and it means that the complaint has been approved and posted, but has not yet received a reply from the brand.
The "In Progress" status means that the brand has already given a public reply to the consumer and started the resolution, but the process has not yet been completed. In this state there may be a reply and counter-reply process between the consumer who made the complaint and the brand. This is a normal process of communication, so that both parties come to an understanding.
The "Resolved" status means that the complaint process is complete and that there has been a solution between the consumer and the brand.
The "Unresolved" status means that one of the sides, consumer or brand, has considered the complaint process as concluded, disagreeing with the other party.
