What is the Satisfaction Index?

All brands in Complaints Book are rated only by the consumers.

This review is based on consumer experiences / complaints.

A value is assigned to all approved complaints, based on the state of the complaint, and are dependent on the performance of the brand activity within Complaints Book. Whenever a complaint process is completed, the consumer is invited to complete a brand follow-up survey, which is considered in the final calculation of the Satisfaction Index.

Based on this Index, consumers search and compare brands in Complaints Book so that they can choose based on testimonials from other consumers.
