What information do I need to create a complaint?


To create a complaint it is necessary for the consumer to complete all fields, following the indications in the complaint form.

The information you need is your full name, your e-mail, your Tax Identification Number, your telephone contact and the address, the latter being optional. This information is only accessed by the brand to which the complaint is destined.

All personal information submitted through the private fields in the form are confidential and only accessible by the targeted brand.

The information submitted Complaints Book will never be used for commercial and/or marketing purposes.  Complaints Book acts in compliance with all the applicable legislation pertaining to the protection of private information.
