You can save a draft of your complaint if you need to complete it later or if you want to add attachments to your complaint.

To save the complaint, in step 3 of the form, "Write the complaint" click on the "Save draft" button, located at the bottom of the page, next to the "Send" button.

This way, at any time, you can complete your complaint and send it to the brand.
