If you have saved a complaint as a draft, you can access it by signing in to your user account.

After logging in, click the icon or image in the upper right corner. In the menu, that will appear, click on "My complaints" and you will have access to all the complaints, even those that are in drafts.

At this point simply continue to edit your complaint and then click the "Submit" button
