I want to make a complaint about a particular brand but I cannot find it. What should I do?


Consumers can complain to brands that are not yet available in Complaints Book.

At the beginning of the complaint form, in step 1, under "Identify the brand", write the name of the brand and the e-mail address (if it has any) so that it is easier to notify the brand.

In this way, the brand will receive a notification that there is a new complaint, and they will be asked to reply.
