How can I review a brand after the complaint process is completed?


It is very important at the end of the complaint process that consumers give an opinion regarding the service provided by the brand/company.

Each review will be counted in the brand Satisfaction Index.

After the complaint process is completed, you will receive a message in your e-mail containing a link to give your final review. You can also access this form through your user area in Complaints Book by clicking on "Review complaint" in the list of "resolved" or "unresolved" complaints.
