Can I delete a complaint?


The deletion of a complaint is only available in the following situations:

- By action of the targeted brand/entity. All complaints that are more than 12 months old, and which have been resolved, may be made private, accessible only to direct intermediaries.

- By court order following a legal process.

The user may request to edit/remove part of the content in the complaint page. This needs approval, since the complaint cannot lose its original meaning.

If the complaint is resolved, you can change the status to "Resolved" through your profile and assign a satisfaction rating to the brand.
