There is no limit. Any consumer can make complaints, without having any associated costs.

Each complaint will be assigned a process number so that the complaint can be easily identified.

Remember that the more you complain, the better the services and products for everyone.

Note: A duplication of complaints is not allowed, in other words, a consumer that makes a complaint of the same subject to the same brand.

If that happens, Complaints Book will remove the duplicate complaint, leaving only the original.
